SHIPPING

We ship Australian orders to residential or business addresses (*not PO Boxes) using StarTrack Express and international orders using Express Airmail via Australia Post and DHL Express Worldwide.

After we confirm your order has been shipped, please contact Australia Post to track delivery of your order as we have no control over shipping time after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change. You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool. 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

We do our best to ship your order the day it is placed or as soon as possible the next day. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery to major cities and 1 - 5 business days for bulkier orders or delivery to regional areas.

Orders over $200:          $15.00 Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $300USD (estimated 4 - 7 business days delivery); or

DHL International Express  $30.00 USD : estimated 3 - 4 day business days delivery.

or AusPost International Express - with US domestic delivery by USPS - please use the same tracking number with USPS to follow delivery of your order in the USA  ($20.00 USD (estimated 4 - 7 business days delivery)

*Import duties not charged on orders with a value of less than $800USD.

 

NEW ZEALAND:    

Flat Rate Shipping with AusPost International Express:   $25.00 AUD

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

Import Duties: NZ customs will not collect GST, duty or charge an Import Entry Transaction Fee (IETF) on products valued at $1,000 NZ or less.

If your purchase is valued over $1000 NZ, you'll have to pay GST plus the IETF and MPI biosecurity levy when the goods arrive in NZ. Please find further information via this link.
