I’ve never worn a hood surfing, figuring that you should suffer a bit for your sport. Then I tried this hood and Im a convert. You can have a warm dome and it’s ok. You don’t have to suffer.

Shipping was well tracked and on schedule. The sizing chart was accurate. The hood is comfortable and warm.

No movement when duck diving and have worn for long periods without the chin strap becoming itchy etc

Hey, if you want to keep warm with a comfy hood, buy this one! It fits perfect, does the job on windy days, and sheds water off your face with the little beak . The drawstring is in a good spot and works to cinch it up tight. The price as compared to other brands is half, but the quality is better - I've owned ones GripCurl, Patagucci, and O'miell. and found that Need is better. Out with the greed; in with the Need.
