The needessentials hand foiled fibreglass twin fins have been designed by Torren Martyn with his surfboard shaper Simon Jones.

These individually hand foiled fibreglass fins are superior to moulded fins as they provide far more speed, drive and hold due to the increased rigidity of the flex pattern.

Torren chooses to use the medium template in beach breaks and smaller wave conditions for speed and release. Once the waves get more serious he switches to the large twin fins to make sure his board has more hold and drive. The small twin fin are designed for lighter weight surfers or those who're after more release in smaller waves.

needessentials is a collection of Australian surfers who are dedicated to responsibly making the best quality wetsuits and essential surf accessories more affordable.

Any board, any conditions

Great fin that seem to work in every one of my boards. They seem to work in all conditions. They feel not too tight, and not too loose. Love the new colours as well, please release more! Cheers need!!

Best Fins Ever

My favourite fins. I have the medium. I use it in small waves and big waves. It holds super well, unless you do want to slide through a turn then you can. Amazing in barrels and allows me to knife the take off really easily. I've never slidden out knifing an entry. I use it in my Fishbeard and Twin Pin. Great for turns as well, super responsive. Super fast as well. They feel faster than the Twin Pin fins (you know if you know). highly recommend
